TNS India Foundation believes true economic transformation comes from empowering individuals at the grassroots. Established in 2012 and independently flourishing since 2022, the organisation is dedicated to creating impactful, scalable, and sustainable solutions for youth, women entrepreneurs, and rural communities across India.
Each program is distinctly designed to address the specific needs of its beneficiaries whether preparing urban youth for formal sector jobs, enabling women to build sustainable enterprises, or helping farmers increase incomes through better market access grounded in measurable, lasting change and adaptability to emerging market trends.

Youth Skilling & Employability: Turning aspirations into achievements for India's underserved youth through industry-relevant technical training, soft skills training, career mentorship, and direct formal job placement.

Campus to Tech-Enabled Financial Careers (C2FC): Trains youth in tools like Power BI and prepares them for formal financial sector careers.

Campus to Technical Careers (C2TC): Upskills youth in full-stack development and other technical domains for formal tech sector employment.

Ankur Uday: Supports farmers by connecting them to farmer-led producer collectives (FPCs) for fair, transparent market access.

Regenerative Agriculture Support: Helps farmers transition from chemical farming to sustainable practices like vermicompost and Jeevamrit, reducing input costs.

Women Entrepreneur Formalization Support: Helps women entrepreneurs formalize their businesses, including packaging, pricing, and licensing (e.g., FSSAI).
Impact
TNS India Foundation has skilled and employed 66,000+ youth, supported and trained 7,600+ farmers, and supported and trained 150+ women entrepreneurs, directly impacting over 73,750 individuals. The organisation has also trained 300+ college faculty members. Program participants have gone on to secure roles at companies like Capgemini and Stock Research 360, with reported income growth of up to 50% for women entrepreneurs and 30% reduction in input costs for farmers adopting regenerative practices.
