SaveLIFE Foundation is an independent nonprofit organisation dedicated to improving road safety and emergency trauma care in India. Founded in 2008 by Piyush Tewari, the organisation works to reduce preventable road crash fatalities through evidence-based policy advocacy, safer road infrastructure, stronger emergency response systems, and public awareness. This role sits within SaveLIFE's HR function, serving as the primary HR representative for the Pune and Maharashtra offices while also overseeing local administration.

Role

The Associate/Senior Associate, HRBP will serve as the primary HR representative for the Pune and Maharashtra offices, focusing on implementing HR policies, maintaining employee lifecycle processes, supporting talent acquisition, driving employee engagement, ensuring HR process compliance, and partnering with business leaders on day-to-day people matters. The role also oversees the Pune office's administration, coordinating with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth workplace operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the HR point of contact for employees and managers at the Pune and Maharashtra office
• Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and People & Culture initiatives from the Head Office
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, including interviews, assessments, and offer rollouts
• Deliver local induction activities and ensure timely completion of onboarding documentation
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRMS data, processing confirmations, transfers, and exits
• Execute employee engagement, wellness, learning, and recognition initiatives
• Coordinate performance management activities, including goal setting, reviews, and appraisal documentation
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements, and maintain HR records
• Prepare periodic HR reports, dashboards, and manpower updates for leadership
• Oversee housekeeping, security, office maintenance, and facility management services
• Coordinate office infrastructure requirements, vendor support, and administrative logistics

Requirements

• 3-7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with exposure to HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Lifecycle Management
• Working knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, attendance and leave management, and HR documentation
• Hands-on experience using HRMS platforms and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders and supporting business leaders on HR matters
• Exposure to administration or office operations an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent coordination, execution, and problem-solving capabilities
