Pawzz is creating a verified ecosystem that connects veterinary clinics, hospitals, rescuers, NGOs, shelters, pet-care providers, and animal lovers through technology, partnerships, and community, working to balance the human-animal ecosystem in the country and ensure both live in harmony with each other.

Role

The Junior Business Development Associate will play a versatile role spanning marketing, recruitment, operations, and sales, helping drive growth and brand awareness for Pawzz. This is an ideal role for a proactive and ambitious individual looking to take the next step in their career, contributing across multiple business functions in a fast-moving animal welfare organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
• Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive growth and profitability
• Drive sales efforts by identifying new opportunities and developing relationships with key partners
• Utilize copywriting skills to create compelling content for the website, social media channels, and marketing materials
• Manage the online community, engaging with customers and responding to feedback to enhance brand experience

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Based in Delhi or Gurgaon only (Hybrid)
• High work ethic and leadership skills
• Past experience in animal welfare required
• Strong skills in community management, copywriting, email marketing and social media marketing
• Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal, sales, and strategic thinking abilities
