Renukiran Welfare Foundation (RWF) is a social impact organisation based in New Delhi that works to turn ideas and partnerships into real benefit for communities. Its work depends on building relationships with corporates, foundations, institutions and donors who want to put their CSR commitments behind community programmes. The foundation also runs employee engagement and volunteering activity with its corporate partners, so that people inside companies see the work first-hand. This role sits within RWF's partnerships and business development function, which finds new partners and keeps existing relationships strong.

Role

The Social Impact Executive helps RWF grow its partnerships and reach more communities. You will look for organisations that could work with RWF, reach out to them, and support the proposals, pitches and meetings that turn an introduction into a working partnership. It is a role for someone who likes talking to new people, who is willing to learn the development sector from the ground up, and who is ready to take ownership of their own work.

Responsibilities

• Support business development and partnership opportunities for the organisation
• Identify and connect with potential CSR partners, corporates, foundations, institutions and donors
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, partnership pitches and project concepts
• Support corporate employee engagement and volunteering initiatives
• Explore new opportunities for organisational growth and social-impact partnerships
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute projects and partnerships effectively
• Represent RWF professionally during meetings, events and stakeholder interactions
• Contribute ideas that can help expand the organisation's social impact

Requirements

• Freshers welcome, no prior experience required; 0-1 year of experience in the same field preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident, proactive and comfortable speaking with new people
• Strong interest in business development, partnerships and networking
• Willingness to learn about the NGO and development sector
• Ability to take ownership and work independently when required
• Good research, presentation and problem-solving skills
• A go-getter mindset, RWF values initiative more than years of experience
