LLF is a New Delhi based non-profit organisation with the vision of enhancing equitable student learning, especially language and literacy development, through professional development of teachers and teacher educators, building/sharing knowledge and implementing projects in collaboration with state governments. LLF is a system-focused and impact-driven organization dedicated to addressing the foundational learning crisis in collaboration with the national and state governments in India. Over the past 8 years, we have improved foundational learning outcomes of 850,000+ children and classroom processes of 2,50,000+ teachers and teacher educators across 8 states.
Role
A high-impact leadership position designed for a strategic thinker who can turn big ideas into reality. You will work directly with senior leaders to shape the organization’s future, lead digital innovation, and ensure all programs are learning and growing effectively.
Responsibilities
- Work with senior leadership to shape, execute, and track key organisational priorities and strategic plans
- Translate strategy into clear workstreams and ensure alignment between plans and outcomes across teams
- Support leadership decisions through research, analysis, and structured problem-solving
- Lead the EdTech function and drive digital initiatives that improve learning outcomes and program delivery
- Identify opportunities where technology can strengthen internal systems, program scale, and organisational effectiveness
- Design and execute new pilots, concept notes, and early-stage models in collaboration with program teams
- Capture learnings from pilots and feed insights back into strategy and planning
- Synthesise cross-cutting insights from programs, states, and initiatives to inform organisational direction
- Build and maintain internal learning documents, strategy notes, and briefs
- Support leadership in external partnerships, presentations, and strategic conversations
- Represent the organisation in select forums and help showcase LLF's work and impact
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or business development with a strong track record
- Experience working with senior management and leading cross-functional projects
- Fluency in English and Hindi, spoken and written
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver independently
- Entrepreneurial mindset with openness to feedback and ability to work in ambiguous, evolving environments
- Strong interpersonal skills suited to small, collaborative team settings
