Role

Lead the placement journey for youth by building industry ties and ensuring every candidate transitions smoothly from training to a stable career.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end placement processes for the STeP program to achieve employment targets.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with corporate employers and industry leaders.
• Organise job fairs, placement drives, and campus interviews for skilled candidates.
• Coordinate career counselling sessions and job readiness workshops.
• Manage candidate interview preparation and post-placement support.
• Track alumni progress and employment retention to ensure long-term impact.
• Maintain accurate data and prepare reports on placement trends and outcomes.

Requirements

• 6 to 8 years of experience in placements, vocational training, or livelihood sectors.
• Fluency in English and Hindi to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong networking and relationship management skills to engage corporate partners.
• Proven leadership ability to guide youth through career transitions.
