Role
OneStage is looking for a Manager, Programmes to lead and manage its Education and Early Childhood Development (ECD) work across multiple locations and stakeholders. This is a senior role for someone with deep experience in programme management who can drive quality, impact, and accountability across a diverse set of partners and communities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Education and ECD programmes across multiple stakeholders and locations
- Plan, carry out, monitor, and report programme activities to ensure quality delivery and measurable impact
- Coordinate with schools, NGOs, communities, and government partners for smooth and effective implementation
- Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with donor and organisational standards
- Conduct field visits, assessments, trainings, and capacity-building sessions with partners and communities
- Prepare reports, dashboards, impact stories, and programme documents for internal and external audiences
Requirements
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Education, Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, Child Development, or a related field
- 6 to 10 years of experience in programme implementation and management in Education and/or Early Childhood Development
- Good understanding of education systems, ECD frameworks, community engagement, and the development sector
- Prior experience working with NGOs, CSR initiatives, foundations, or development organisations is preferred
- Strong skills in project management, stakeholder coordination, communication, and reporting
- Comfortable working with MS Office and programme reporting tools
