Role
As a Project Analyst, you will be the bridge that connects planning with action. Your goal is to strengthen the skills of rural women and build strong partnerships to ensure that local businesses and livelihoods grow in a way that is fair, sustainable, and lasting.
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily coordination of project activities to ensure all targets are met on time.
- Coordinate with government teams and local partners to deliver high-quality training and support.
- Manage the rollout of capacity-building programs for women’s self-help groups and farmer organizations.
- Liaise with private companies, banks, and community groups to build a supportive network for rural producers.
- Contribute to work plans, schedules, and technical interventions for specific value chains like honey or millets.
- Document success stories, lessons learned, and best practices to help the program grow.
- Monitor field activities and provide technical support to solve problems as they arise.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Rural Management, Development Studies, Economics, or Social Sciences (OR a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience).
- Familiarity with livelihoods, value chains, or working with government-led programs like NRLM,SRLM, or Skill India
- Knowledge of agricultural value chains, SHGs, producer collectives, or FPOs
- Professional fluency in both English and Hindi is essential.
- Strong ability to use data for monitoring results and proficiency in standard office software for reporting and documentation.
- Excellent relationship management, clear communication, and the ability to adapt to changing environments with a positive attitude.
