Role
The Project Coordinator will lead patient engagement and outreach work for the Haemophilia Resource Centre (HRC) in Mumbai. The role is the main point of contact for hospitals, government bodies, and patient groups, and helps make sure people with haemophilia get the care and support they need.
Responsibilities
- Lead patient-focused work at the Haemophilia Resource Centre (HRC).
- Build strong networks with hospitals, doctors, patient groups, and other partners.
- Plan and run project activities along with government teams and stakeholders.
- Manage project finances, purchases, and spending. Reconcile accounts on a regular basis.
- Document programme impact, handle media work, and share the Foundation's work with a wider audience.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Public Health, Sociology, Psychology, or Social Sciences.
- 2 to 3 years of work experience in patient outreach, community programmes, or public health.
- Strong written and spoken English. Knowing the local language is a plus.
- Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reports, tracking, and presentations.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to travel 50% within and outside the state.
