Role
A strategic and creative leadership position focused on producing powerful films, videos, and design assets that amplify social change narratives and organizational branding.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production for campaign films, documentaries, and digital video content.
- Shoot and produce internal films, including program documentation and rapid-response videos.
- Translate complex social issues and campaign goals into compelling scripts and visual stories.
- Manage the full production cycle from initial concept and shoots to final post-production.
- Oversee all design outputs to ensure a consistent brand identity across digital and print materials.
- Supervise external vendors, production houses, and creative partners for large-scale projects.
- Build and streamline multimedia workflows to ensure efficient delivery of creative assets.
- Mentor the internal multimedia team by providing clear creative direction and reviewing outputs.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and the organization of multimedia data archives.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet audio-visual needs for various programs.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of professional experience in film, video production, and design-led roles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Film Studies, Design, or a related field.
- Exceptional filmmaking skills with the ability to shoot and produce content independently.
- Expert proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality digital content and visual identity systems.
- Proven experience managing external agencies, freelancers, and production budgets.
- Fluency in English and Hindi to communicate across diverse stakeholders.
- Leadership skills to manage a creative team and drive organizational storytelling.
- Deep sensitivity to social issues, gender justice, and ethical storytelling practices.
