Support rural livelihoods and women-led enterprises by coordinating with government partners and managing value chain programs

Role

This role focuses on helping rural women and small business groups grow their incomes by connecting them to better markets and government programs

Responsibilities

  • Perform additional tasks to support effective program implementation
  • Support knowledge management and information sharing across stakeholders
  • Provide coordination and logistical support to ensure timely program delivery
  • Document best practices, case studies, and program learnings
  • Assist in preparation of progress reports, briefs, and implementation summaries
  • Track program progress, maintain data trackers, and support reporting processes
  • Organize meetings, workshops, trainings, and stakeholder consultations
  • Coordinate with government departments, SRLMs, private sector partners, and producer organizations
  • Support planning, coordination, and implementation of value chain programs across geographies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in development/livelihood programs
  • Degree in Rural Development, Economics, Agriculture, Business Administration, Public Policy or related field
  • Experience in livelihoods, SHGs, producer collectives, or value chain development
  • Experience working with government agencies, NGOs, or private sector stakeholders
  • Strong program coordination, documentation, and reporting skills
  • Good stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in multi-stakeholder and multicultural environments
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines
