Role
You will plan and manage the full cycle of support for girls in the School Project from scholarship interviews and school aid distribution to training programs and corporate volunteering. You will also track progress and create reports to share the impact of the work.
Responsibilities
- Connect with school teachers, principals, and counsellors to organise scholarship interviews for new batches and run the claims process
- Source and distribute school aids based on girls' learning needs
- Plan and coordinate training programs, workshops, and exposure visits for girls in secondary, higher secondary, and graduation levels
- Organise school events and activities to build stronger connections with girls and their families
- Work with corporate partners in person and over calls to plan and run employee volunteering programs
- Track academic and training progress of the girls and prepare project and impact reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any subject
- 4 - 6 years of experience in a non-profit organisation, or a background in Corporate CSR, HR, or Training and Development with a genuine interest in the social sector
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English; ability to present clearly and work in a people-first way
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google tools for surveys, analysis, and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Open to female candidates only
- Comfortable working 6 days a week (2nd and 4th Saturdays are off)
