The organisation works with governments, corporates and development partners to reduce road crash fatalities through policy advocacy, safer infrastructure, research and scalable road safety programmes.

Role

SaveLIFE Foundation is hiring an Assistant Manager – Partnerships & Insights in New Delhi. This full-time role focuses on fundraising, donor engagement and partnership development by supporting proposal writing, donor stewardship, reporting and cross-functional coordination. You will work closely with leadership, programme, finance and communications teams to strengthen long-term partnerships and expand funding opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising strategy across corporate, philanthropic and institutional donors.
• Identify and track new funding opportunities and grant calls.
• Develop donor pipelines and maintain prospect trackers.
• Coordinate the preparation of proposals, concept notes, presentations and donor reports.
• Ensure proposals are aligned with donor priorities and budgets.
• Manage relationships with assigned donors through regular communication and engagement.
• Coordinate donor meetings, field visits and volunteering initiatives.
• Work with programme, finance and communications teams to gather reports, impact stories and financial information.
• Maintain donor databases, grant trackers and reporting calendars.
• Support fundraising collateral including brochures, presentations, newsletters and impact reports.
• Contribute to donor engagement strategies and partnership growth.
• Support positioning road safety within broader development themes such as public health, gender equity and urban development.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, donor management or proposal development.
• Experience in the nonprofit or CSR sector is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel for donor engagements and field visits.
• Experience engaging with Indian or international foundations or family offices is desirable.
